caliber 2.8.0
This is similar to 775669.
The HTMLZ file created by conversion from EPUB/MOBI does not include the cover when viewed by the caliber viewer. Opening the HTMLZ file shows that the cover is included both as a stand-alone file and also in the images folder, but is not referenced in the index.html file (all other images in the images folder are properly included).
