Edit Book: Allow editing xpgt files

Bug Description

Currently the editor does not allow editing Adobe Page Template files.

Attached is a patch to allow editing them as XML.

I still have not working xpgt files. Pls. find attached 3 examples. I did not test all of my 180 files but this are some of my old list. I will send you a password separately as pm via mobileread.

Simply change the media type for the file in the opf to
application/adobe-page-template+xml

and it will work.
