Bug Description
1) When I start calibre on my kubuntu 14.04 (64 bits) calibre crahs and send this code error in konsole (terminal):

File "site.py", line 19, in set_default_
LookupError: unknown encoding: utf_8_valencia
2) I used a release of calibre 1.44.0.
Can someone correct this version of calibre ?
