Calibre will not reopen once closed if pdf files have been opened through calibre and left open

Bug Description
Calibre Version: 1.39.0
OS: Arch Linux
How to recreate:
- Open Calibre
- Open a pdf from your calibre collection
- Close Calibre (leaving pdf viewer open)
- Try to re-open Calibre
What should happen:
open Calibre window
What actually happens:
error pop-up saying following...
ERROR: Cannot Start calibre:
calibre is already running.
calibre may be running in the system tray, in the lower right region of the screen.
If you are sure it is not running, try rebooting your computer.
Only way to start Calibre is by closing the pdf

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
