Bug Description
It would be really helpful to be able to use 'Add to manifest' command on right click menu for unreferenced file (for example image file).
Actually I have to remove file and add it again to book or manually type into OPF file appropriate code:
<item href="" id="" media-type="" />
It's time consuming operation :(

This is not worth the effort for me personally. If some one else wants to implement it, I will be happy to supply any needed guidance. If so, re-open the ticket and we can discuss it.
