Automatic fix does not work for "file is not listed in the book manifest."

1) Open attached test-case.epub in ebook-edit
2) Choose "Check book"
3) The error are printed: "OEBPS/Images/jajka.png
This file is not listed in the book manifest. While not strictly necessary it is good practice to list all files in the manifest. Either list this file in the manifest or remove it from the book if it is an unnecessary file."
4) Click below link: "Try to correct all fixable errors automatically"

Expected behaviour:
Proper entry to book manifest should be added by ebook-edit

Current behaviour:
Ebook-edit does nothing.

There is no way for check book to know what the proper fix is, add to
manifest or remove file. Therefore this class of error is not auto
fixed. An auto fixable error will have an individual link saying
something like "Fix this particular error".

On second thoughts it is probably possibel to have check book auto fix
this error by either adding the file to the manifest, if it is
referenced elsewhere or removing the file if it is not referenced
anywhere.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
