Bug Description

A modification to apnx.py that enables support for books which have been modified to explicitly mark the page breaks in the code (via the presence of "pagebreak" within a tag where the page break is supposed to occur). It piggy-backs on get_pages_exact, triggering when the incoming pagecount is negative. Behavior when pagecount is 0 or positive is unchanged.

Untested code in https://github.com/kovidgoyal/calibre/pull/252 . Please try it.

Instead of overloading the exact page count parameter it's a separate function. The kindle can be configured to use this method as one of the "accurate" calculation methods.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
