For example (notice the item paths where I got confused)
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
<package xmlns="http://
<metadata>
<dc:identifier id="67afb23f-
</metadata>
<manifest>
<item href="Text/
<item href="/
<item href="/
<item href="/
</manifest>
<spine>
<itemref idref="id7"/>
</spine>
<guide>
</guide>
</package>
