Enhancement: allow text select on Windows Tablet, perhaps with stylus

There's no way to select text to copy and paste without a mouse attached to a Windows tablet. Touching the screen presently flips to the next screen; swiping back or forward flips a page accordingly. Perhaps allow stylus input to select text, or add a button that allows CaLibre to interpret touch input as a command to select text.

This is not worth the effort for me personally. If some one else wants to implement it, I will be happy to supply any needed guidance. If so, re-open the ticket and we can discuss it.

While not a full text selection solution, I will have the next release
allow the lookup of the word under your finger when you tap and hold on
the touchscreen. So the most common use case of looking up a word is
handled.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
