Editor save button greyed out after failed save

Calibre 1.34 (64 bit), Windows 8.0

Using the Calibre Editor, edit a book.
Open the same book in another program. I used Adobe Digital Editions V 3.0, but any other that locks write access should do. I guess any other condition that causes a write failure will also create this issue.
Click the Save button in the Editor.
After a pause get an error message -- "Error could not save".
OK out of the error box.
Note that the Save button remains greyed out (disabled).

I would expect be button to be now enabled to indicate unsaved data.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
