Bug Description
Hello,
I am using Calibre 1.33, on two computers, one using Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks and the other using Mac OS X 10.7 Lion.
My iMac (10.9) is where I've curated and managed my library, and have spent a great deal of time editing and refining the metadata for said library. I often need to share books between the two computers, as many of those books are technical manuals that are relevant to my line of work. If I copy my entire Calibre Library folder from my 10.9 system to ANY other computer, including the 10.7 machine, most of the metadata changes that I've made get completely wiped out and they revert to their default values (as provided by Amazon, etc.). Is there a way to force the metadata to stay in place permanently unless manually changed again?
Thank you in advance.
