Bug Description

Windows 8.1, Calibre throuhj 1.30, Word 2010, DOCX input to AZW3 output
Book with many numbered lists. The 1st numbered list is translated fine. After a few lists, the 1st item is always right with number 1, but the following items do not continue from 2 but rather from some larger number and the format is also the same as for 1st item:
first list:
1. something
2. something
3. something

Then the next list starts indented which is not right, but the numbering is right
     1. the number is right but not the indentation
     2. the number is right but not the indentation
     3. the number is right but not the indentation

After that all the lists start with 1 indented (Number right but indentation wrong) and subsequent item have the wrong number but right indentation:
     1. number is right but not indentation
4. number is wrong (should be 2) but indentation is right
5. number is wrong (should be 3) but indentation is right
6. number is wrong (should be 4) but indentation is right

Eventually lists will be like:
     1. Right number bad indentation
47. Wrong number but right indentation
47. Wrong number but right indentation
