Bug Description

When creating an EPUB Catalog, the prefixes option allows you to use a Tristate field to generate the prefix. The Problem is that it does give you a predefined list of possible states to search for and those do not cover all cases and work not as one would expect.

Using unspecified of the empty enty does nothing, searching for true returns entries set to "yes" and and searching for false returns entries set to "no" or not set. This does not match up with my understanding of the words and the the way the normal search works. The problem probably arises cause the prefix option was defined without tristate boxes in mind.

I made a forum post about this a while ago but the problem still persists so I added a few images to the thread to help explain it: http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=224443
