[ebook-edit] Implement of defining more reference types of guide section

Bug Description

Consider adding feature to ebook-edit of defining more reference guide types in a same way as Sigil offer it (right click on text file).

The coressponding OPF spec http://www.idpf.org/epub/20/spec/OPF_2.0.1_draft.htm#Section2.6 lists following reference types (except cover type which is already implemented in ebook-edit):
1) title-page page with possibly title, author, publisher, and other metadata
2) toc table of contents
3) index back-of-book style index
4) glossary
5) acknowledgements
6) bibliography
7) colophon
8) copyright-page
9) dedication
10) epigraph
11) foreword
12) loi list of illustrations
13) lot list of tables
14) notes
15) preface
16) text First "real" page of content (e.g. "Chapter 1")

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
