Bug Description

Calibre 1.26 64-bit on Windows 7 64-bit

Editor: Smarten punctuation consistently changes -" (hyphen double-quote) to -“ (hyphen left-double-quote) before a </P> tag instead of (hyphen right-double-quote). The combination is commonly found in texts with dialogue that use hyphens in place of emdash.

Thanks
