Similar Books doesn't escape double quotes in search string

calibre 1.24 [64bit] isfrozen: True is64bit: True
Windows-8-6.2.9200 Windows ('64bit', 'WindowsPE')
I have a series that had double quotes in it. Similar Books -> Books in this Series didn't work because the double quotes weren't escaped.
One simple fix is to add t.replace(
I've attached a patch that does that.
