Edit book: cannot create new empty book when extension is not specified in the file

Cannot create a new eBook in the new eBook editor component.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Edit Book program (I open it separately, not within Calibre, but Calibre is also running).
2. File -> Create new, empty book
3. Title: Test, Author: Test, Language: Russian
4. Press EPUB button
5. Chose location of the file as test (no extension specified, but it is not obvious that user should specify extension: after all I already pressed EPUB button earlier, correct?)
6. Press OK

The following error gets displayed:

calibre, version 1.22.0
ERROR: Unsupported format: Tweaking is only supported for books in the AZW3 and EPUB formats. Convert your book to one of these formats first.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
