Bug Description
Calibre Version: every version i've ever used since 0.8.5, but I'm currently on 1.20 (that latest as of this bug posting).
OS: Windows 7
Repro:
1. Create/display a true/false column.
2. Shrink the column width down to about double the icon size.
3. Give the cell a value.
4. Try to change the value.
Info:
I don't need hugely wide true/false columns, so I shrink the columns down to the width of the column text to save room. Changing the values of the columns becomes a pain in the rear end because of this bug.
screen shot #1:
When selecting a true/false column that has not been given a value yet, the drop down list appears as I would expect, with the icons visible and the text cut off based on the column width.
screen shot #2:
When clicking on a True/False cell that has already been given a value, you then have to click a very narrow segment of the cell in order to get the drop down list to display.
screen shot #3:
Once you are able to click in that small area, the drop down list appears but is so narrow that you almost can't even see the icons. This is not fun.
Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
