Bug Description

Hi.

Latest Calibre (1.17), Win 7 x64.

Trying to convert an RTF book into epub format. Book contain a set of footnotes - first one on page 6 and last one (#52) on page 154.

After conversion resulting epub does not contain text between these footnotes - it contain only beginning of book (prior footnote #1) followed by ending of book (after footnote #52) - everything between first and last footnotes are gone.

I've try to repeat conversion on clean portable installation with default settings - nothing changed.

Attached archive contain both input RTF book and output epub, also it contain a png image which probably will help you more clearly understand what I'm talking about.

Sincerely,
Anton.
