Bug Description
The recent fix eliminated most problems with special non-ascii chars, but this one still remains.
If the initial char is a special char then it's changed to lowercase rather than remaining uppercase.
e.g. ÖLAND gets titlecased to öland rather than Öland
calibre 1.17, Win 7 64 (but running calibre 32)

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
