Clear formatting button in comment editor does not clear span codes

DESCRIPTION:
When I copy-and-paste in book descriptions from epub documents to the Comment field in the metadata, they usually drag along a lot of unwanted formatting. Using the "Clear Formatting" button usually removes all of it, except in the case of span and div codes. For example, this is what I'm left with (in HTML view) in the case of epubs downloaded from the Archive of Our Own fanfiction site:

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); ">He hadn't set out to have an affair, much less a long-term, devoted one.</span>

I keep having to go in and manually edit the HTML to remove this unwanted formatting.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
