Bug Description
In Bug #1252688, I added support to the KOBOTOUCH driver to send kepubs to the devices. At the time, I considered putting this into the parent KOBO driver. This supports the older Kobo ereaders. I didn't do this as I was not sure of the support in these devices for sideloaded kepubs. Since then, I have been able to get this tested by someone using one of these devices. See http://
The change is simply to move the code added before to the parent KOBO driver. The KOBOTOUCH driver will now inherit this behaviour.
