Bug Description
Kobo are releasing firmware versions faster than before. The changes are mainly in the interface and there have been no changes that affect the driver interaction with the devices. The latest version is 3.1.0, but am bumping the version to 3.1.5 in case of any bug fix only versions.
Also commented out a couple of debug statements.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
