Amazon meta data plugin should use current locale by default

Bug Description

The majority of calibre users will probably never detect that the Amazon plugin has a setting for the website to use. They will therefore get skewed results (e.g. translated versions of books) when not being a US citizen.

Please make the default website depend on the locale of the users system when calibre is started for the first time. That should match what the user wants in most cases.

I dont think that is a good idea. Then if you want to change the website
from which to download for some books you have to restart calibre, every
time and then restart it again to change back.

I think you misunderstood me. By now the default for the website setting is "US", hard coded I assume. What I want is just to have the _default_ depend on the users locale, that is the value which is used as long as the user himself has never touched the setting. When the setting has been changed by the user, the default becomes irrelevant, of course, and the selection of the user is used from then on.
