Change Case captalizes letter after accented character

Bug Description
calibre: 1.11 and previous
OS: WIndows XP
Change case from contest menu on the Title Field will change the case of a terminal "a" after an accented letter.
Ex.: historía HistoríA
peña peñA
This occurs changing from lower case to Title Case. It occurs with the last character if the penultimate letter is accented. It does not occur mid-word. I did some testing and it does not seem to occur with other terminal vowels.
In my case I am using spanish.
