Bug Description
Calibre 1.9, Windows 7 x64.
When I manually enter an author name in Arabic, the file is renamed with a transliteration (from Arabic to English) of the name I entered.
I noticed that the transliteration is completely ignoring the Arabic character aleph 'ا', while it should be replaced by an 'a'.
