Win 7-64 - Calibre 1.9 64-bit
In the Edit Metadata Form, the Text formatting buttons (Bold, Italics, Justification) are all missing, replaced with a blank tan space above the Comments field. The comment field displays previously markedup text and text manually marked up in the HTML tab but the format buttons are missing.
I searched before posting and found no other mention. perhaps i am only one with this problem? If so, any help is appreciated.
