Bug Description
From Word 2007 a Word file can be saved with a .docx or a .docm extension. If macros are required a docm file must be used. The files are otherwise the same format. Calibre will not recognise a docm file, but correctly parses and converts the same file if the extension is changed to docx.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
