No title shown in permalink view

Using calibre-server, when entering book-details with Permalink (i.e. http://vps:8080/browse/book/12854) the book title is NOT shown anywhere else than the book cover jpg.

It the book has a bad non-readable cover, you have no clue on what book you are reading details of.

This is true even if the cover is missing, as the default closed book image is sent (the web page has indeed a img alt HTML directiver like this: <a href="/get/epub/The%20Return%20of%20Sherlock%20Holmes%20-%20Arthur%20Conan%20Doyle_7215.epub" title="Click to read The Return of Sherlock Holmes in the epub format" class="details_thumb"><img alt="Cover of The Return of Sherlock Holmes" src="/get/cover/7215" />, but no text is displayed on a graphical browser).

I think it could be added just above the authors and the file formats.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
