In OS 10.9 pull-down menus are to small

I would like to be able to increase the font of the pull-down menus that appear when editing books metadata because they have become very hard to read after upgrading to OX 10.9.

You can increase the interface font size by going to Preferences->Look &
Feel and change the INterface font and restart calibre.

I did, but it changed only the main window (?) fonts, not the pull-down menus.

I did, but that changed the main window and the book details but not the pull-down menus.

Increase it more, the pull down menu font sizes are derived from the
main font size.

I tried to change the fonts one step at the time up to Verdana 24 pt., but the pull-downs size remained unchanged.

Odd, must be something peculiar to Mavericks. I will look at this when I
get around to installing Mavericks.

I have made a change that I hope will fix it, try the next calibre
release, on Friday.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
