Fb2 return link is lost when converted to mobi or epub

Working with fb2 books, when you have a footnote like:

   <p>Aeiou<a type="note" l:href="#n1">¹</a> xyz.</p>

you can put a link with type="cite" in the footnote in order to have a link back to the text where you were reading:

   <section id="n1"><p><a type="cite" id="n1">1</a> Bla bla bla</p></section>

This works with the calibre viewer, but when you convert the book to mobi or epub, the resulting books lose the link from the footnote to the text.

(I attach a file error2.fb2 in which the return link is working, but if you convert it with calibre to mobi or epub, the link from the footnote back to the text stops working)

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
