Bug Description
Calibre 1.4.0 32 bit, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Every htmlz I have created from many different epubs (using 'inline' for all css, not sure if it matters) places the <head> element inside the <body> element (and even thought the epubs were not formatted that way). It should be prior to it, inside the <html> element.
Thanks.
