Bug Description

A few ideas about the book grid view ---what´s about:
1-A Slider to change the cover size dynamical in the main GUI
2-Changing the left aligned book grid to centred. (At the moment we have in some cases a right border without book covers)
3-An option to choose an image as cover grid background (to improve the look and feel :) )

Centering is not possible to do for technical reasons having to do with
the way QListView works in Qt. The other two may be possible, I will
investigate.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
