[Enhancement] Tag editor should remember place

When I edit metadata, I often edit tags.

If I bring up the tag editor from the "Edit Metadata" dialog, and delete a tag, the list always jumps to the top after the delete.

There are currently 4,924 tags in my database, and it is annoying if I want to delete several that start with 's'... especially since they are generally next to each other.

As an example, I just cleaned up a bunch of tags for books by Stephen King, where the tags were:

steven_king
StephenKing
Stephen.King
Steve
steve-king
... (and a few others)

Having to scroll back down to the correct area every time was... annoying. It would have been much quicker and easier if the next item in the list were made the current after the delete.

Example:

tag 1107
tag 1108
tag 1109

Delete 'tag 1108', 'tag 1109' becomes the new current selection, instead of list scrolling to the top.
