[Enhancement]Show full path for libraries

When using "Switch/create library" the full path is shown in the dialog box. However for "Quick switch", "Rename library" and "Delete library" only the file name is shown.

I have multiple libraries with the same names but in different locations and want to remove some of these - however, I can't differentiate between them because they all show the same name - perhaps it's my fault for using such a crazy naming system! It would help to, perhaps, use (something like) the "Choose your Calibre library" dialog box to select a library to rename, delete etc.

The same applies with the list of libraries at the bottom of the "LIbrary" menu. The full path can be very long, so perhaps a tip on hover showing this (wrapped if necessary) would allow this to be seen/checked without having a menu that needs a full screen width!

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
