A previously working catalog instruction

> calibredb catalog axxon.csv --fields id -s series_index:=111 H:\MARCELO\work\Axxon\EPUB

fails as follows:

Running Calibre 1.0.0 on Windows 7 SP 1 build 7601

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
