Bug Description
I have had this issue in both version 0.9.4 and 0.9.41
I am using Windows 7
I use a 2nd Gen Kindle
I cannot get the metadata edits to "stick" to one of my ebooks. When I view the book in Calibre, it shows the book with my revised title (designed to sort my books by series after transfer to the kindle). However, once I transfer them to my kindle, it still shows (and thus sorts by) the original title instead of my revised title.
I do not think this is a user error, because I have successfully edited 28 other kindle books. I have attached both a before and after file ebook file to assist you in troubleshooting. Any help you can give would be... very... helpful. :)

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
