Recipe deleted without option to cancel deletion

Bug Description
When in dialog "Add custom news source" and you hit "Remove recipe" the recipe is deletet without any question. Aditionally the file is deleted completely. There is no way to recover the recipy. The file isn't deleted using the Recycle Bin. And closing the dialog won't recover it anyway.
When major changes are made in such a recipe it's annoying when all changes are gone.
Either ask the user to delete the recipy or move the file to the Recycle Bin.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
