All txt files can not be opened and will not be converted after the update 0.9.29

Fixed in branch lp:calibre. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.

Note that you can work around the problem by entering a input character
encoding in the Look & Feel section of the conversion dialog - something
it is recommended you do anyway, when converting txt files.
