Bug Description
I'd like links in the book details pane to popup a menu with 'Copy Link' on right click.
The attached “merge directive” implements that change.
I think it could be done with less complexity, but I thought it was more important to follow the existing structure used for the formats right click menu.
This is written against the trunk version as of 2013-04-23 13:10:40 -0500, developed and tested on Win7.
