{Enhance] Indicate Custom Columns in column lists

In "Preferences->Add your own columns" could Standard and Custom columns be differentiated in some way (colour, bold... whatever)

And could this change be propagated to other places where columns are listed - eg "Look and Feel->Book Details" - and relevant plug-ins - eg View Manager

Shouldn't be hard because it wont let me edit a Standard column :wink:

I can see a rationale for distinguishing between them in the add your
own column screen, since they behave differently (you cannot edit
builtin ones), but why in the Book details panel?

Fixed in branch lp:calibre. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
