Bug Description
Preferences -> Look and Feel -> Column colouring -> Add Advanced Rule
An error dialog appears, this is the copied info:
calibre, version 0.9.23
ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>TypeError<

TypeError: 'TemplateDialog' object does not support indexing
I already have an advanced rule set up (with a previous version), which is working fine.
