[EHANCEMENT] Save named catalog parameters

Bug Description

It would be nice if we could save a set of parameters for catalog generation.
In order to break up my rather large library, I routinely generate several catalogs dividing books by genre, date and other criteria. Every catalog has a different name, with different options (exclusions, sections etc) and possibly different formats. It would be nice to be able to automate the whole process by having different ready-made sets of parameters.

It's on my to-do list, but not in the near future.

Fixed in branch lp:calibre. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
