Bug Description

Error as follows:
calibre, version 0.9.23
ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>IOError</b>:[Errno 13] Permission denied: u'E:\\Downloaded\\My Books.csv'

IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: u'E:\\Downloaded\\My Books.csv'

Just realised what caused it - I created one, opened it in Excel - forgot to close it and tried to create another in the same place.
A nice error message would be nice!
