Add "Archived" collection on Kobo devices

Bug Description
With firmware version 2.4.0, Kobo added the ability to archive the purchased kepubs. In effect, this means deleting the book file but keeping a record in the database about the book. Selecting the book will download it.
This change is to add "Archived" as a collection in the calibre device list. All archived books will be in this collection. They can also be in other collections or shelves.
While doing this, I fixed some other issues with the collections and Kobo books:
- Recommendations and previews could get onto shelves if the names matched a book in the calibre library
- Some recommendations and previews where in the wrong collection.
- The "show recommendations" and "show previews" options both needed to be selected or neither worked correctly.
The above resulted in changes to how recommendations and previews were determined. These changes are working with earlier firmware versions.
