Bug Description

Is it possible to alter the Icon selection in following manner:

For User Category use the icon with the same name as the user category itself. When this icon file is not available use the default tb_folder.png

With this, it will be possible to have different icons for different user categories.

All icons in the tag browser can now be customized. Put an icon file in resources/images with the name
"tbci_" concatenated with the lookup key for the tag category. Examples: "tbci_authors.png", "tbci_#genre.png", "tbci_@some_user_category.png".

IN the next release the content server will pick up the custom icons
automatically.
