Bug Description

(Win 7 and Win 2k8)
Clicking the Save button on the Search & Replace tab in the Bulk Metadata edit dialog returns:

calibre, version 0.8.64
ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>AttributeError</b>:'MetadataBulkDialog' object has no attribute 'saved_search_name'

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "site-packages\calibre\gui2\dialogs\metadata_bulk.py", line 1037, in s_r_save_query
AttributeError: 'MetadataBulkDialog' object has no attribute 'saved_search_name'

It works in 0.8.60 but version 0.8.62 and later (didn't try 0.8.61 as the msi on SF wouldn't run) produce the error instead of the Save Search dialog.

I also encounter this bug on one machine; I am on version 0.8.66.
On another machine, with a fresh installation of 0.8.64, the problem does not occur.
