Bug Description

Whenever I try to connect with itunes, Calibre reports that there is an error in the connection and it failed. This is the error message that appears:

ERROR: Error: Error communicating with device

Unknown property, element or command: 'sources'

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/device.py", line 69, in run
File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/device.py", line 311, in _books
File "site-packages/calibre/devices/apple/driver.py", line 2921, in books
  File "site-packages/calibre/devices/apple/driver.py", line 2047, in _get_library_books
File "site-packages/appscript/reference.py", line 580, in __getattr__
AttributeError: Unknown property, element or command: 'sources'

However, even after the error, the itunes icon still appears, though it doesn't show any of the books on my itunes.

Calibre also fails to recognize when a device is connected to my computer. In the past, it showed the icon of the device when I plug it but now it doesn't. I cannot send any book to my device through Calibre.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling calibre and itunes.
