URL linked calendar with events shared with GMT time zone the start and end times are not translated to local time zone.

Bug Description
My local time zone is Central. All of my person Google calendars are set to Central and the event start and end times are displayed correctly, however an URL linked calendar in Google calendars which shares events with start and end time in GMT and is displayed in Google calendar in my local time zone, Central, is not display with Central in calendar-indicator.
eg. an event that starts at 4pm Central is being displayed with a start time of 21:00 which is the time in GMT.
