reduces firefox window can't be maximize

Ubuntu 14.04 asus ux32 : when I click to reduce firefox, it is then impossible to re-maximize it, even if the app is already running , by alt+tab or uity launcher , I m oblige to restart to see firefox in a window. I am running only one "office" ( bureau in french ) .

I'm using windows snapping with unity tweak tool .

How do you reduce and maximise this window?
Do you have this bug only when Cairo-Dock is launched?

If you don't have alt+TAB, you need to enable it in ccsm (you need to
install ccsm beforehand, if not already done).
ccsm is the Compiz configuration tool.

But you still should be able to show Firefox back by simply clicking on its
icon in the dock (which should have a little indicator to show that it's
running).
